Humanitarian and Compassionate PR assessment

The H & C assessment or Humanitarian and Compassionate PR assessment is a provision to protect individuals on humanitarian and compassionate grounds. This provision allows individuals to apply for permanent residence who are otherwise ineligible.H&C is a very important provision in the immigration act of Canada. The factors that will be considered for this assessment are-

1. Applicant’s history of employment.
2. Financial stability.
3. Applicants integrate into the community through community organizations, volunteer or other activities.
4. For complications would arise if the visa exemption application is refused.
