Evaluation for immigrants is processed by the World Education Services (WES). WES is designed by the IRCC to issue educational credential assessment (ECA) for degrees and diplomas earned outside of Canada. A WES ECA is valid for five years from the date of issue. For certain immigration programs, an ECA is a requirement. The advantages of a WES ECA are-

1. Meet IRCC Educational Credential Assessment requirements
2. Meet Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) requirements by selecting the respective PNP office as a recipient
3. Gain recognition for education so that candidate can pursue his goals in Canada
4. Store report and verified educational documents for future use
