The Canadian government has designed the Investor immigration program to attract eligible and qualified businessmen. This program’s aim is to issue permanent residence to eligible businessmen/entrepreneurs who will be active in making a significant impact on the economy of Canada by investing in businesses based in Canada. Investors eligible for this program can obtain a permanent residence along with their immediate family under this program. The requirements to be eligible for this program are the following-

1. Candidate must own and operate a qualifying business and have sufficient business experience.
2. The investor must have a net worth of $1,600,000 CAD
3. Investors must make the investment to the Canadian Government of $800,000 CAD which will be returned 5 years later without interest.
4. Investor and accompanying family must have health and security clearance.
5. Investors must live outside of Quebec.
